Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your Seas of Hope order.

• If your order has not yet shipped:

  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee.

• For shipped or delivered items:

  • A 50% restocking fee applies to returns made within the 30-day window.

• No refunds will be accepted after 30 days.

• Returns for non-defective reasons (e.g., change of mind, sizing, personal preference) are subject to the 50% restocking fee.

• If your product arrives defective, the restocking fee will be waived.

• Return shipping may be covered depending on your location. If not, customers are responsible for shipping costs to the return address provided upon request.

Defective Product Policy

Every Seas of Hope product undergoes a strict quality inspection before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will provide a replacement under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and unaltered.

• If damage occurred during shipping, customers must provide clear photo evidence. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a free replacement.

Each case is evaluated individually. Seas of Hope reserves the right to approve or deny refund or exchange requests, especially in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
